Using Track IR.
Zooming out without using optics does work.
Tried to bind zoom toggle to a different key and also pressing it once instead of twice but that didnt work either.
Tested on 1.68 32bit with v01 performance.exe
Attached video demonstration was recorded with mods but bug was verified in vanilla, too.
