I will list what I did to try and fix the issue.
port forwarded UDP: 2302, 4380, 27000-27031, 27036 TCP: 2302, 27015-27030, 27036-27037
removed Documents\Dayz
removed AppData\Local\DayZ
uninstalled Battleye
restarted
set a profile name
restarted the modem/router
I'm trying more things now and will update this if find anything
