I recommend as feature not- automatic -refresh option with manual refresh button for the hole list and for single entries. So we can leave the game without the whole server list getting refreshed automatically. Also we need to see the real status of a server and if it is a persistent enabled one or not. Administrator edited Server descriptions are not sufficient.
