Make sure your rifle has the ACOG/Shortdot thingy with the red dot sight on top. Lower your rifle. Run forward. Press the right mouse button to zoom in. You will now be aiming towards the ground. Press it again and you will still be moving forward. Double-tap the spacebar to switch to your pistol and stop moving.
