I got this problem when the game switched to 0.45
I tried to check the integrity on steam files:it did not fix the problem
I unistalled the game then downloaded it again:it did not fix the problem
I updated my network driver on my mainboard :it did not fix the problem
I checked my video settings (sli configuration) but my settings works fine on every other game
