I just accidentally replaced burner on my cr-61 scorpion and weapon gone (video). And in this cabine sometimes you can't pick up items from the floor! I think some items spawns under textures, you can see item but can't pick up. Here is location on Livonia: https://i.imgur.com/M9aVJ1H.jpg
