Change Details

I have found if you equip the Surgical Mask to the face slot, the texture will disappear after around a minute of being equipped and the player is moving around. It will also remain missing after taking to hands and dropping in vicinity. It will return if held in hands and equipped again, but will disappear again. This issue doesn't appear to happen if the player is stationary.
