**Issue Description: **
The LAV-25 as added in game does not possess its 2-axis turret stabilization (azimuth and elevation). I don't understand why this wasn't caught since it is otherwise a very good representation of the vehicle. There is extensive documentation of the very first variants of this vehicle possessing a stabilizer in both U.S. Service and Canadian service.
Incase you do not believe me, I will provide a Primary source for the vehicle in Canadian service (Coyote reconnaissance vehicle) as well as what could debatably be considered a primary source in the form of R.P Hunnicutt's book on the subject of American armored vehicles (//the devs that worked on the LAV should know who he is//).
