Have taken the following steps to rectify so far:
- Rebooted system
- Reinstall DirectX 12
- Reinstall C++ Redists 2013
- Re-verifyed Arma 3 Game Cache
- Verified windows files
- Disabled all mods
- Verified 8 G Ram with memtest86 4/4 pass, 0 errors.
