Find a rock.
Place in hands.
Craft stone knife.
Stone knife will go straight to your inventory but the hands slot will still think it's being used (you can click the red x to remove an item while none are in your hands).
Pull out an item you want to give back to the Dayz gods like a cooking pot (if you use a gun, here is where it would appear to have duped itself on your body).
Try to put it away or drop it? (P.S. you wont be able to).
Relog and the item will be deleted from your inventory! (It will give you your hands back though).
