It is very hard to reproduce the music oneThis task is under revision, all i can say is go into combat and try to get that resource conflict.
As for the law just shooting it and anyone being at the right spot in the receiving end can cause it.currently reidentifying crashes (resolve if needed) At least that's my experience from the crash.
