just go into the game
go into 1st person view by pressing enter key on your numpad (enter num)
pull out your binoculars or if your weapon has a scope then just right click
then press right mouse button again to unzoom or unscope
and your are stuck with a really bad field of view which can only be fixed by pressing the minus numpad button (- num) once or twice to get the max field of view back.
