I'm on the Red Dead Redemption version of the PS4 Pro with a SD storage upgrade. I was playing it on a 4K TV at 1080P when the crashing started at dawn on the beach. I turned off HDR in the PlayStation settings and changed resolution from 1080P to 4K and am now seeing even better performance.
