Back in Arma 3 or any other DEDICATED tool I use it always works. I just have to join the server by using my LOCAL IP. For some reason REFORGER does not accept that via direct connect. When I put the LOCAL IP it just states that there is no server. My specs - Ryzen 9 3900x 32 RAM Nvidia 2080 Super everything is on M2ssd
