Game audio is kind of dodgy at times, even with infected, they should let out a roar to indicate being alerted or aggro'ed but sometimes they glitch and don't do it.

FPS is horrible in coastal cities like Berezino. I'll be getting 80-100FPS up north, then I go to the coastal cities with people in them, and they become very laggy (like 30-40FPS)
