Have a gun spawn on you when you spawn in by using the new loadout system. Equip the gun into your hand and hold r. Your hot bar flashes r and you aren't able to force reload. When you drop the gun and pick it back up, you are able to reload by holding r. Ensure that a compatible magazine is in your inventory and also in an inventory slot that allows you to reload by holding r.
