Today i reinstall last driver update for my videocard, re-install DirectX, reinstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, search with antivirus for any problems on my pc... But its dont help for this issue. UPD: Reinstall windows 8.1 dont help with this trouble (save system files and programms).
