1. Place a quad bike and a player unit on the map. 2. Get in the quad bike and find a straight bit of road and drive up to 60kph+ 3. Immediately hold CTRL at fast speeds, maybe press A or D a little 4. Still holding CTRL the first person camera should tilt and stay like that until the player leaves the vehicle.
