Repro: 1. Start any Manned scenario 2. Grab any of the platforms listed above 3. Assemble it in ground 4. jump on top of the platform 5. Dissasemble it 6. now that its slowly falling to the ground assemble it again 7. The platform will not be placed and instead will get stuck in the ground
