1. Play the game in any server (Steam and Package version both)
2. Type Korean in game (Steam and Package version both)
3. as soon as type Korean it make a short blink
after blink
[1]. some people got low fps issue ex: 150 fps -> 30fps fixed
[2]. some people got freezing (not sure it is caused by Korean Language, I assume that it caused, because arma 3 recognise only 3G ram)
