With the M14 it's the easiest to reproduce. Simply take out the magazine, shoot the round in the chamber, then reinsert the magazine and watch the bolt teleport into the open position for the animation. For the SVD take out the mag, shoot the weapon once, then reload and watch the bolt snap backwards. Alternatively shoot the gun completely empty, engage the safety once, then reload. Doing this with the VZ-58 requires you to shoot the gun completely empty, then engage the safety once, then reload. It will not play the animation for reloading with a closed bolt, and instead one with an open bolt.
