Get hit by zombie till you bleed and possibly get infected wounds. Bandage. Take tetracycline antibiotics. Eat and drink till stuffed, see if you have healing/healthy status (you will not have). Use alcohol tincture to actually clean wounds and then you can have healthy/healing status.
