Solution i've tried:
- Reinstall DayZ
- Reinstall Steam
- Deinstall AVG and installed Avast Antivirus
- Manually install BE (http://steamcommunity.com/app/221100/discussions/1/558751813368181277/)
- Run BE/Steam/DayZ as Admin (always)
- deleting and install MS visual c++
- Turn off Antivirus & Firewall
- Run Beta as Experimental & stable
