A few of them are okay. You'll hear birds flying away, making a fluttering noise. The big culprit for needlessly alarming is a chain link fence. This sounds like someone is climbing over a fence to get to you, but you can be the only person in the server out in the middle of the woods. It's a very scary noise, and when you're hunting alone it drives you insane.
