I did not turn off the flashlight before getting into the Lada. Edit: After reproducing the bug for this report without relogging, I got back into the Lada, moved it a few yards and got out. The flashlight came into my hands on its own and was on, I did not use it before getting into the Lada this time. I shut it off and it no longer had the radio animation, aimed my rifle and it too seemed fixed.
