1. Open terrain builder on Windows 8.1 64bit. 2. Minimize the application by clicking on the icon in the taskbar. 3. Open task manager and wait for lock up. OR 4. In most cases you don't have to minimize the application and just leave it open straight after opening it and the computer will lock up.
