Try to enter room from the outide - not possible (running, walking).
Try to enter the other room (from screenshot right, then switch to other room using the door connecting both rooms from inside, then try to leave the marked door from screenshot.
Server was marked "LOW" in server browser so I doubt it was happening due to serverload.
