When using the PA systems in Cherno, Elektro, Berezino, and one other small town (I forgot the name, but **it happens with every PA system**), you can still be heard over the PA system, even when turning the PA off or taking the battery out. This isn't just client side either, I've asked other players and they reported they could hear me over the PA system as well.
