It seems this glitch also happens when crafting an improvised explosive from a Protective case. Besides the fact that it will not use any of the electrical repair kit, It will create an improvised explosive without deleting the protector case. Glitch happens when interacting both ways (protector case onto repair kit and vice versa). Meaning you can craft an umlimited amount of improvised explosive cases.
