If all your team member is dead and if you try to ignore and not kill the opponents then the error won't come up, but the game requires you to kill everyone, so just when you are about to kill the last man usually the medic the error comes up, I believe that this error is related to enemy-medic being spawned
I read somewhere where someone else was also facing a similar problem and he was asked to play the game without any mods, I have already tried that, didn't make any difference
