Note the biker jacket was ruined.
Everything I had after issue: Jacket plus items in it, gear on my head(mask, hat, glasses), primary weapon and melee weapon.
Other than that everything else was deleted(pants, shoes, backpack, gloves).
Try swapping meat between frying pan(in inventory) and cooking pot(on ground), then place pot in inventory during a restart.
