is sucks yes, and it is a pissoff. i find on the server i own it happens when players are joining the server, which leads me to believe it is a serverside issue. usually the rubberband happens at the end of the instance and signifies that it has ended. during the time leading up to it i am unable to loot or, switch items or even open doors
