Is you GPU overclocked? I noticed major instability with high clock speed.

I didn't notice any difference. GTX 670, 3770K. All graphics settings maxed out, SMAA only, caustics off, vsync off, blur off, bloom off.

I noticed that if you have your windows' power plan at 'power saver' it won't let the cpu usage climb when playing. Change the power plan to 'high performance' from control panel.
