I am unable to see the mouse at all... its like arma is loading as top and mouse it behind it becuase i can still move between screens but just can't see the mouse.using windowed fullscreen make it able to see mouse.

OK So i may have found the porblem but not 100% sure of the fix as it just started working again.
When i was going to my display setting/ resolution settings it was showing screen # 2 on the left and screen 1 on the right. although i still could move from screen 2 to screen 1 by moving my mouse right it was just bugging me fixed that problem and when i started the game today i could seem my mouse when i changed options.

Yes this still seems to be occuring. Note i am using dual screens.

Tried change configuration of my monitors that did nothing. It seems that even with full screen the mouse is not capturing the window( can still move mouse between monitors) its almost as if the full screen is above the mouse in a way.

Just checked cache was not able to fix problem... still able to play in "fullscren window"

somehow problem was solved. (unknown)

Upgraded to windows 8 Seems to have made the bug come back...

Deleted Appdata info and aram 3 profiles. still have issue.

Also have this problem on arma 2 and now 3
gets around 15-20
CPU: amd FX8150 - standard clock
GPU: MSI lighting 7970 3GB
Ram 16gb ddr3 1333
I can play every current game out maxed with over 60 FPS
