Problem solved!
After some awesome Support from Bohemia with a Support Ticket. I got it fixed... or better my provider got it fixed by changing my modem back to full ipv4 support.
The problem really is the port forwarding which is how ever not possible anymore with ipv6!

but isnt this a problem from the server site?
i have read about that you can use this in your launch options too but it didnt work for me when i tried it last week.
