A thread about it on your forums is atm in the top 10 most viewed threads in Trouble shooting.

Right now i have a product that i can't use. I have tried being patient and have put MANY hours in to researching and troubleshooting this issue. The least i could get is a response.

Are there any other files i could add or anything else i could do to help find the problem?
