Problem solved. Solution: went from 32 bit OS to 64 bit.

Giorgy did you try the -nologs command?

Problem has gotten worse since the Altis update, whenever I try to start Altis in editor or MP the game starts having the problem in the loading screen already and goes to a blackscreen 1 min after it has loaded.

I don't know if I can upload anymore because the game won't crash anymore it just goes to a blackscreen and task manager says it stopped responding but it won't crash so I have to terminate the task.
Also the problem might be related to the day/night cycle, because I found out that when I rapidly change the time in the camera mode in editor this problem will appear in like 2 of 3 times.
I'll see if there are more crashdumps and try to ge get the game to crash.

Short addition here, whenever the problem appears, the GPU usage goes from between 60% and 99% to between 00% and 20%. The game just seem to stop using the graphics card until it crashes or starts working again.

No I don't use hardware overclocking.
