When I aim down sights mostly into far sight lines, I’ll get white screened and blinded for about 3-4 seconds

Per say when I am trying to eat and am double carrying or even triple, I have dropped my weapon before or the can opener/knife and every once and a while it will start glitching and will just not let me equip it or it just wont be there yet the action will be to take it
