Yeppers, can not pitch tents military or regular and can not pack tents regular or military. I have the option, but clicking does nothing. Also, I can pick up tents, but have to drag them to my character. Clicking the pick up option does nothing with the mouse or the controller. Anyone else able to pitch or pack tents?
