I had the same problem. It started after I broke my leg. I eventually managed to die after hours and hours of drowning myself, having zombies kill me, jumping to my death, ect.

You need to be able to respawn with a broken leg. No one wants to crawl around for hours looking for someway to die/heal. Also I had an issue where the broken leg status didn't save when if you abort from the server and join back in.

The random people talking over VIOP only happens for 5-10 minutes after that player dies. If you die everyone on the map can hear you for the first 5-10 minutes of your new life. Don't know exactly why this happens.

***This issue is possibly related to the god mode bug people are getting. I broke my leg the other day and after that happened I disconnected, rejoined, and the leg was healed. Then I wanted to kill myself to spawn closer to a friend and every time I "died" I didn't have the option to respawn, only disconnect and reconnect, except alive and with all my stuff.
