Yep, getting this when I join a server with over 32 people, or when the server gets over 32 people.
Esper added a comment to T165038: Pressing alt+enter takes the games out of full screen .
That is a Windows hotkey combination.
The only solution is not to press that combination.

Esper added a comment to T74461: New commands "setDriverOverride", "driverOverride", "remoteControl", "setCommanderOverride".
I believe this would be a great addition. Would give more option to players especially for SP and small group in MP.
