To the left of the search field on the top right of the web page, there is an icon for your account, and to the left of that there is a little star. Click the little star and you can open a new ticket on any of the items in the dropdown. Not sure if it's the same on mobile.

Same issue with AKM. Once you load a clip, you can't reload another. Only single rounds can be loaded into the chamber. the U-70 pistol I have seems to work just fine though. Reloads like a charm.

Similar thing happened to me in Novodmitrovsk. There is a smokestack near the center of town. When you climb up it, your character gets further and further away from the ladder. By the time you are at the top, you are too far to exit the ladder on the platform and you fall to your death.
