What kind of tent is it? And what do you mean by you can't get them out? Can you look into the inventory of the tent and see the guns but clicking on them does nothing? Or can you not see the inventory of the tent? I noticed that with car tents you sometimes have to stand directly in the middle of the tent to access the inventory. I also put down a military tent myself but I chopped down a small tree to place my tent. Now, when the server restarts the tree is always in my tent and I'm not able to access its inventory until I chop down the small tree, again.

I've never had that issue. The issue I have with voice chat is when someone talks, most of the time, there's a super loud high-pitched screeching noise before or after they say something.
