i think you are right i joined another server on same hive and loaded in with indicators. my character puked from over drinking and i have hydrated and energized indicators. as well as had zombie agro me. def server side issue

Can confirm play with 4 others at most times (more often than not on or two of use would see others as naked and vis versa.
also any and all gear dropped by a naked is invisible on the ground or in containers. making it impossible to help you friend out with gear of any kind. This bug was not present to my knowledge or within our group who have been playing consistently through experimental until the latest patch!#17
