The feature is disabled on wheels on purpose right now due to an issue. The other parts were never lockable on the functional vehicles - this was the case only for the wrecks.

This seems like an issue related to your GPU/GPU drivers. Please try to do a clean install of your drivers or possibly downgrade to lower version/update to higher version.

Would it be possible for you to try this on fresh instalation of Windows? Since the BSOD points towards an issue with the OS/Software rather than with the game itself.

I have also seen this and as it happens, I'm using this specific location for my deathmatch server. A question I have relating to this is, how long should it take for the loot to despawn, after the static train itself has despawned? Is it determined by the lifetime of the items spawned in themselves? I am experiencing stacked loot because of this issue, as I am using only both the static train event locations in Topolin. I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thanks!
The hurons simply save a composition with the different camo or use a script command to change their looks then place now in the editor and they will be in their original textures.

The game crashed on all servers that's vanilla servers as well, no mods. Don't try and push your work off on to other people. Fix the game, stop trying to add new things, next update needs to address fixes LIKE CRASHES AND LAGGING. These are not from Mods, they need to be addressed. People like me (the consumer) has lost faith in you ever fixing the issues and will never buy another game you made because you suck at it. There are to many bugs and you don't want to fix them. Also the crashes are not just when logging out. Game crashed in mid run. Just shut down on me. The lag is so bad I died and lost gear yesterday because of it. Last time I played 2 1/2 years ago. There wasn't any. Your updates over the years has made things in game so bad it sucks. Fix the problems make the game great again

The crash is related to atidxx64.dll file on your computer being corrupted. Please check your Windows for any corrupted files or installations and possibly do a clean install.

Seeing more and more frustrated players on Deer Isle (vault door) and Namalsk (printer) servers, we've put up warning messages for them to only attempt missions in the 3 hours after a restart (as 4 hour server restarts are too many I feel). Engine bug
Probably an hr or if there's a restart they vanish

Crates have been despawning since 1.19 update when they are supposed to be protected by the flag.
