I've noticed something similar, when we were testing our own server, and couldn't connect to it, each time I tried to connect to it, and then got a timeout instantly, the number of player would go up.

I confirm that netstat shows no signs of port 17777 and the server doesn't show up in steam browser.

The newly added grenade launcher doesn't work, whenever you go to load a round into the grenade launcher the round doesn't actually go into the weapon. The animation still plays of the character loading it but it doesn't actually load the round into the gun, please fix this fast!

This also applies to the current 1.18 update as well

Would like to add that you also cannot bind key combinations or designate a binding as a double tap

I partly agree with OP and would like the devs to look at the implementation of grenades in ARMA 2 as an example that worked quite well. Special emphasis on the aiming hand and the animation denoting throwing strength. Something similar to that system would be an improvement.

This issue appears to be related to dated drivers.
Can you please make sure you are using the latest version of the available GPU drivers? Also please make sure the driver installation is not corrupted.
