Yeah..is quite strange they don't put that markins like in previous games. Maybe is for better interfaction usability?
To me the actual view is ok. Downvoted.
When a helicopter get hit with a weapon that shut down or incapacite enginenes or flight controls the helicopter will go to the ground with his rotors spinning. The only chance to see a rotor stoped is in the ground with the helicopter grounded or destroyed. Is impossible that a main rotor could stops in middair due tu the rotating forces involved.
Maybe for helicopters Dlc

Hey khan. Already you have an anim in the game for that. Is only cosmetic/cinematic or was an early consideration?
Invade and Annex type game is about 40 players right now and sometimes you wait five minutes to get a chopper for pick up. I really like the idea but i dont think it will be usefull. With two islands in the same map and being Altis massive, the people will only play in the last one, the big one. Anyways i love the idea and people will choose.

There is an anin in the viewer that shows the soldier with the launcher on prone position. Maybe they will implement that later. I mean the ability to shot and stay prone...why not?
In the Helicopters Dlc preview on Development branch you have control of the ramp doors on all 3 heavy helicopters, they even add this action to the Mohawk. Thats a first step.
In alpha was possible to open helicopters doors, then the action was deleted, anybody know why?
Same happens with helicopters, fliying low and at low or minimun speed and you hit the ground and they just explode. Shouldn t be like that, they can explode or not, depending which part is afected.

Still there...and is there sice alpha.
Fastrope was implemented in TOH and thats means that they have the core of that. No pro guys, it will be implemented for sure. Be patient!

YOU CAN DO THAT JUST PLACING A COUPLE OF VEHICLES/UNITS AN ADDING THIS IN THE INIT FIELD:
this setdamage 1 THE VEHICLE OR UNIT WILL BE DEAD AND BURNING IF HAS AMMO/FUEL (IN CASE OF VEHICLES). YOU WILL GET THE DESIRED EFFECT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
Yep..alittle bit of tweak will be ok. Anyways looks like with the beta are better, did they?
I think that was a possible feature in the final game...but I cant find it anymore.
