Could you please try start Launcher with these parameters?
Command line parameters
Launcher recognizes following parameters (parameters are not case sensitive):
-safeMode - the Launcher will start in the safe-mode.
-noHwa - The Launcher will start with graphic hardware acceleration disabled (only the Launcher, this switch has no meaning for the game itself).
-noLauncher - Skips the Launcher and starts Arma 3 directly. Unless no other options is specified it starts 64-bit version of the game on 64-bit OS, 32-bit when you have 32-bit OS.

all crashes are in render system. It can be caused by not up to date graphic drivers or DX11 drivers. Do you have all drivers up to date? Do you have overclocked graphic card?

I have checked logs. It shows 0x0000DEAD message. This message is very general and it can be caused from various reasons. Do you have all drivers up to date?
