If the GPU the user is using is Nvidia GeForce GT 750M, then that card is below the current minimum requirements and is most likely the cause of the crashes. As we have had similar reports from players with GPU's below minimum requirements.

Please upload the full contents of your C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\DayZ folder and a dxdiag file from your computer to this ticket.
The folder is hidden by default, so you will have to enable hidden files and folders in Windows in case you haven't done that yet.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this as character dying when restrained and logging off is intended in game mechanic. This mechanic is there to prevent the players from logging off upon being captured and switching to another server / waiting for several hours until their captor is gone.
