Do you mean that the weapons do not switch into optic view? Have you tried to use the mouse wheel (scroll up/down) to toggle between the optic and ironsight?

As mentioned in the list of the known issues, the keybinding menu does not work properly at the moment as it is work in progress. We suggest that you use the default preset (DayZNEW) until the feature is finished.

All I know is as of the last update to Experimental ... I have been killed TWICE by wolves! They are relentless! The animations need some work because sometimes they slide instead of walk. But it is getting so much better!

I have the same problem with my Xbox One. It says :Character Locked in Database" for every server I try to join.

I was playing earlier today, then I had the same thing happen to me just now. Agreed. 40 dollars was wasted just to play for a few times.

same here and im on xbox one. I can't get it to start or respawn even. waste of 40 dollars!

Looks like you moved to west or north instead of east and reached the end of map.

While mentioning prison island, forgot to mention, there are some cells/storage rooms that you cannot enter in the prison, regardless of the fact that the doors are open, there is a gap in the wall of the prison on the far side, that enables you to see inside the prison from the exterior wall, but now walk through, and the small 2 story building next the the back of the prison has a bathroom door installed properly, it closes and opens inside the wall

This is a known bug, not modern, sorry. On the other players screen he will have had a weapon out but you saw the last thing he had equipped, it happens to our group often, one of us shoots the m4 and the rest of us see him punch a zombie with a tin of peaches from 12 feet away.

I have this problem to their not responding to people's messages I'm two days going into 3 days without having any luck or response I kind of feel like I bought a sandwich from Subway and then just as I took one bite they took the sandwich away and didn't give me my money back

Hello! Just played (on PC, dayZ ver. 0.63) on the server with a friend. Suddenly caught a lag: fell under the ground, but then came back. Issue is still present in my case,fix above doesn't help.
I run te game at 60~ fps but stuttering that occurs after 15minutes~ of playing especially in the city makes the game unplayable.
My pc is pretty old but I had no issue like this in .62
intel core i3 3220
gtx 660 2gb vram
8gb ram
Game is also installed on a ssd

Yeah. I've been thinking about the new player controller and how the head leads the body. If they do implement support for TrackIR I'll be surprised. It seems odd given other studios seem to be moving towards enabling these 6dof tools in light of VR development.
